In accordance with the recently approved Rotary International policy, the official Rotary Housing block is reserved exclusively for individuals registered for the convention. Hotel rooms held by non-registered attendees will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Booking your hotel through bnetwork, Rotary’s official local housing provider, provides convenient access to Barcelona hotels along with competitive rates.

Remember that if you book a room at a hotel not contracted with Rotary, we are unable to assist with issues regarding your reservation.

New this year:

You will be required to pay a deposit when you book, by providing details for a credit card that’s valid through July 2027 or an ACH payment. Fifty percent of your stay will be required at the time of booking your reservation & initial payment. Please read all the noted details during the booking process. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without a credit card deposit. A payment schedule will be provided for each individual hotel at the time of the booking.

Individual rooms

To reserve your hotel online, visit Rotary’s official hotel reservation site through 28 May 2027 (availability is limited after this date). For support with housing-related questions, email rotaryhotels@bnetwork.com. Reservations are not accepted by email.

Group housing

If you are interested in a block of 10 or more rooms, you can visit the official housing website or email rotaryhotels@bnetwork.com. Requests will be processed on a space-available basis. See contact information below.

Group housing deadlines

Deposit and cancellation deadlines will vary by hotel. Once your request has been received, you will receive a group accommodation contract that outlines the details specific to your assigned hotel(s).
